Wilkommen!

I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. For most of my childhood, I believed that schnitzel, marrilenknoedel and mohn strudel were as common as a BBQ and pavlova!

My Opa, is Viennese, born in Landstrasse, the 3rd district. On a recent trip to Vienna, Austria, we decided to create a traditional Viennese cookbook.

Here we will share our journey and creation of every special recipe that will ultimately be found in "My Opa's Kitchen" cookbook.
